Fred Tieken returns to Tieken Gallery with two series of work that chronicle his return to good health after recent issues – 25 pieces in all. Much of this new work is introspective and abstract, and a departure from his well-known style. Look closely and you will see photography, collage, ai in the form of digital manipulation and a few strokes of acrylic here and there.

With this show, we also are welcoming Los Angeles – based artist Sabine Meyer Zu Reckendorf to Arizona for the first time. She is best known for her playful sculptures made from industrial surplus materials. She formerly worked in the Hollywood movie industry as a special effects technician, prop maker and miniature builder.
