August Show Update
Last chance to get out and see some end-of-summer shows!
I’ve been invited to participate in this incredibly innovative show at bG Gallery within Santa Monica’s Bergamot Station Arts Center, one of the largest one-stop destinations for contemporary art in the United States. bG Gallery specializes in artists who have blurred boundaries between traditionally divided art approaches in their work with a particular emphasis on bridging inside and outside, and highbrow and lowbrow. Part curatorial and part installation, Spectrum-Gestalt brings together artists’ works from a wide variety of genres and mediums, grouping them into an expansive spectrum of color.
Opening Reception is Saturday, August 8 from 6pm to 9pm. The show runs through Sunday, August 16.

Remember to visit the ARTillery Exhibition at MCA Museum if you haven’t already seen it. The show runs through August 16 and features contemporary art influenced by weaponry from a stellar list of international artists. Many thanks to MCA and curator Annie Adjchavanich for including me in this show.

Also opening on July 11 and running through August 2 is Dab Art’s 2015 Summer Juried Exhibition at The HUD Gallery in Ventura. Out of over 400 entries only 39 pieces were chosen so I am very honored to be a part of this show. The vaulted ceilings and suspended display walls of the HUD Gallery create a distinctive and inspiring exhibition space.
Please check the Dab Art Gallery for open hours. Admission is free.
